Son's learning problems

Haven't gotten one call from the teacher about Judea's problems with his school work. She sends home a folder full of homework last week that is due tomorrow. I have tried everything, the boy acts like this stuff is foreign to him. I guess she wants me to do it for him- she had to have known he wasn't making progress on the material by now..... I have soooo had it with these schools. If left up to them, they would either fail him for not knowing this stuff or pass him on for the next teacher to deal with. No child left behind my ASS.
