Breakfast With the Apostle 11/04/09

The Judas experience (Pt1) "Yea, they are greedy dogs which can never have enough," Isaiah 56:11 What are you willing to exchange your anointing, calling, and vision of Gods purpose within you for? Money to pay your rent and bills? Fame and fortune? Or just greed? Judas was called and was chosen by Jesus… there was a deviousness in him as there is in everyone… He lived in faith… Yet…what made him change the course of his life? Or what caused him not to complete his walk with Jesus?Judas moved in willful selfishness skirting the faith realm, with his thievery. Holding the common purse may have been perceived as Power, control, and an authority that no other disciple had. finally he trusted his own mind and his own thinking over that of Jesus. How often do we do that? A believer who followed until He found his own selfish ambitions would be better then God’s plan for him.today's text," Yea, they are greedy dogs which can never have enough, some will do whatever it takes to obtain there desires, belittle others to exalt themselves, manipulate to get favor of sincere individuals the list goes on.its time we focus on our fathers purpose and not our own
