i used 2 know those kinds of people,unfortunately.they are just 2 lazy to spend their own money n stealing is so much easier for them.some people find it ok to take what isnt theirs,with no remorse.

Dang. Nope, never happened. But we have had people set trash cans on fire with the garbage in them. We have had some even painted with profanities on them.
